Compensation. We are committed to paying every team member a competitive salary. Most positions are eligible for a discretionary, merit-based bonus to reward you for your contributions.

Time away from work. Everyone needs down time to recharge batteries. Here, you can take time away without feeling guilty about relaxing. We provide paid time off to use as you see fit, along with holidays to enjoy with family and friends. In addition, we have several leave programs available, should you need them.

Health & wellness. We know how important this to you and your family. We offer healthcare paid for by Batchelor & Kimball, along with optional dental and vision care.
